Besides film we also produce PVC core at the equipment of the Italian company Sica also under Sealed Air technology. The core is used for spooling of a number of films and flexible rolled materials including:
- label;
- silage film;
- multi-layer laminates;
- stretch-film (PE, PVC);
- shrink film (PE, POF, PVC), etc.
In comparison with the core from traditional carton it possesses a row of serious advantages:
- durability - much higher strengthening characteristics;
- wear resistance - possibility to use it as returnable package for master/jumbo rolls sustaining till 8-9 working cycles;
- food safety - possibility to use it in production of materials/products that aren’t allowed to contact with cardboard and wood.
We produce the core with inside diameter 76 mm of two types:
- smooth – wall thickness is 4,5 mm;
- corrugated – wall thickness is 6,7 mm.
The core length depends on needs of the client.
