Vacuum package is a pawn of food long storage.

Without it food products are subject to chemical and microbiological changes due to negative effect of light, oxygen and temperature. Special sensitivity to oxidation is shown by proteins of fish, fresh meat, chicken etc. Even bulk food products are not everlasting. Due to large area of contact with oxygen they are also exposed to strong oxidation.
Product vacuum package allows to prevent from negative effects and to protect food from fast damage. Different types of polymer films (PVC, PP, PA, PVHD, etc.), and also materials with high barrier properties are applied for this purpose.
Product vacuum package is carried out in several stages. For a start product package in vacuum bags is made. Air suction and goods pressing is carried out after packing in special chamber. Therefore special equipment with vacuum chamber is required for such operations.
