The equipment came into the hands of service engineers in an unsatisfactory condition. Preliminary diagnostics showed that many of the components were worn and some of them required additional inspection, repair or replacement.
Particular attention was required to the film preload adjustment unit: the shaft bearings were destroyed and the brake housing itself had fallen into disrepair.
During the repair, our engineers checked the performance and carried out maintenance work on the engine and gearbox.
Completely rebuilt the brake mechanism.
Checked and adjusted the film pretensioning unit.
Diagnosed each electronic component.
After carrying out all the planned technical work, our specialists have fully restored the equipment. A final inspection revealed that the palletizer is in perfect technical condition and is visually indistinguishable from a new palletizer.
